After waiting nearly 20 mins for my order in an empty drive through I got home to a rock hard mess of a burger that chipped my tooth with a piece of lettuce that resembled a brown chip I've seen more enthusiastic staff at a morgue was charged twice at the window for one order(that was corrected) KFC sort you're staff out surely these people are interviewed, or maybe not , very very disappointed when Kingswood and wilerby are in a different league is mount Pleasant where you send youre outcasts????

Over 45 mins I sat there waiting. Eventually got up and asked for refund today be told it will be ready in 2 minutes. They had prioritised delivery people over restaurant customers, many waited over an hour
Had to wait quite a while and when we got the food, we then had to wait for drinks. The chicken was stone cold and had to be returned, and not just my chicken, other people had to return their food due to being cold. The staff didn't have a clue what they were doing and showed no interest. Absolutely disgusted with the hygine. All the tables were filthy, had to get someone to clean ours, the floors were filled with rubbish and food and very dirty and the toilets were dirty and was full poo due to broken flush. Never stepping inside KFC again
