My mini fillet looked like it had been hit across the kitchen with a tennis racket and was in 3 pieces when I got it. I ordered tomato dip and had supercharger dip on the tray. When I challenged it, I was told they didn't have any tomato dip. Good customer service is to tell the customer you don't have what was asked for and give them the choice of accepting a different product in it's place. Not a great experience so, won't be in a rush to return.
Just caught a member of staff helping themselves eating chips out of our order, hand to food then to his mouth then back to our food. He said he was sorry but this was his first shift. Did ask to see a manager and he said there was no manager on shift. Such a shame as this was my go to fast food although on this occasion it took over 20 minutes to complete the order.
Good Chicken, Finger Lickin’… what more can we say. Best KFC in hull, not quite sure where the bad reviews come from. Every experience here as been a good one for us. The chicken is always prepped fresh and tastes fantastic, we go in store so maybe it’s a different experience if you order for delivery. The staff are always friendly, cleanliness could be better but it’s not an issue, they keep on top of it. It’s your bog standard KFC. It’s worth noting the fries are new and improved (much better). You’ll be impressed.
Well we called in as just wanted a quick bit to eat, tbh we haven't been to KFC for a while as our last meal wasn't the best. Anyway there was only one other person there already eating, we ordered our food and waited for it to arrive. All tables had something from the last meal on them, so we sat at the least messy one. The floor wasn't that clean either, I would have thought if you don't have many in the staff could keep the place clean.
Had ran out of chicken pieces for buckets, said they'd be a 20 min wait, after waiting 15 heard staff telling someone else another 25 min wait. No communication with customers, staff just smirking behind counter when someone complained. And then order was missing items.
