Taco Bell Hull The Beacon DT

i LOVE this taco bell. the staff are amazing and the food is always good of course. they always make sure to stuff my burrito very full and i appreciate it soooo much. i hope all staff members' pillows are cold on both sides every night. except jack

Food was great and really nice, modern, clean place. Unfortunately the service was ridiculously slow, waiting almost 20 minutes for food and there weren't many people there... certainly not fast food! Tasty but not efficient

It's a pretty horrible place to eat. The car park was disgusting, rubbish everywhere and bins over flowing. Inside was absolutely freezing so we had to eat with our coats on. The "urban" style decor is really dated now. Not stylish at all. Just feels neglected inside. We couldn't eat our food fast enough to get out and go home to get warm. No wonder the place is empty whilst McDonalds was packed.

Missed off some of our order, I ordered the meal with six churros but only hot 2, kitchen sorted it quickly though. Didn't have Pepsi max as ordered as they'd run out of the big bottles. Still tasty food 😋

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The first few times I've been it was great but it has rapidly declined. I ordered a large salad pot thing. I got a small. The nachos had barely any cheese sauce or beef that we paid extra for. The Quesadilla ends were empty and the chocolate sauce for the churros was almost empty. We complained and got a free meal. But it was just as bad and I don't think I will be returning there again. I'd say the past 4 visits have been awful and I'm kind of through with wasting my money again.
