This company is a joke. Nobody don't know anything. The best way is to call security, tell them what kind of goods you have and they will tell you which number to call. If you are looking for the entrance C it is inside entrance B.

Have to admit I was expecting the worst looking at the reviews but found everyone to be super helpful, first person I sew was a guy on a forklift he went out of his way to show me where I should be, reported to security they were very helpful as I had 2 x drops at different departments dropped of to both departments with no hassle at all, extremely straightforward and friendly

As others have mentioned absolute joke of a place. Told to sit and wait for phone call. Wait absolute hours. Feels more like a prison than anything else. Been to other cranswick sites that are far better than this. Sort it out management.

The worst thing about this place is the intercom for security. Considering they are the key middleman in managing traffic flow around the whole site, which makes this very frustrating when you're forgotten about, and the apparent lack of accountability for forgetting about you. This place could be better.

Got their quarter past 1 got an a bay @ 2 even though I was only vehicle there they were on a dinner break then you have to put on a trailer lock but not allowed to split your trailer so how you're supposed to get in between the unit and the trailer to get a lock one and off is beyond me. Very little signage you pass 2 barriers on the right. It's a 50/50 I went in the first one got told to go in turn around and come back out and go to the bottom of the road and book in at reception and weight after booking in you leave your phone number which tells you get the kettle on. On the plus side your tipped quickly once you get on a bay
