Excellent service from start to finish! I had my MOT and Major Service done, and everything was completed quickly, professionally, and exactly as promised. The team also took the time to point out a few weaker areas on my car and explained when they would likely need attention, without any pressure to carry out unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated their honesty, clear advice, and friendly customer service. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Quick and efficient. Ordered the wrong size tyres but they quickly rectified my error and still managed to fit them the same day. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and polite. When I arrived at the garage they were fitted within 30 mins. Fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team were absolutely top notch. The online book in system was easy to use and absolutely straight to the point. I was able to book in with ease. On the day I dropped my car off at the time advised on the confirmation email and texts I received (which were very friendly and not of a nagging nature at all) I was able to track the service and again was politely contacted via email/text to say the work was completed. After being at various garages over the years this one was quite the breath of fresh air. Prices were very reasonable, even though I got the MOT free being a premier member. I will be back again next year, thank you to all involved. I am very grateful .

Straight forward check in at reception, receptionist welcoming and explained procedure, my keys were almost immediately passed to the engineer who advised a time frame of 30 to 40 mi s for completion, although they would also call me. I checked via the link that I received with my reminder which showed completion as engineer stated so bang on time, I even beat the receptionist to the call, I would have given 5 stars but for the tight parking space at the rear of the garage, having said that all worked very well, simple, quick and affordable.

Excellent service at Halfords Autocentre Hull (Anlaby-A055) Took my car in as I was having problems with one of my tyres losing pressure. Repaired free of charge with my puncture warranty purchased previously. Excellent friendly service, would highly recommend. Thankyou!
