Booked my cockapoo in for his first ever swim after speaking with James about confidence building. Could not fault the experience. James is fantastic. He knows how to interact with your dog to get the best from them and keeps the experience a positive one and Teddy really did grow more confident by the end. Definitely going to come back regularly

Wow… just… wow. Let this be a message to all the people that are worried about taking their scared / reactive / anxious dog to Dunkin Dogs…This is one of THE BEST experiences I have ever had with my dog and James is fantastic and knows his stuff! The size of the room is perfect. There is no where for my dog to run and hide or cower. I put on the life jacket for my best friend and had no expectations that my dog was going to get in the pool the first time (this dog isn’t the greatest fan of rain!). James started off small and simple… get him used to the ramp and water whilst also building up the trust to play fetch. Within 5 minutes my dog had completely immersed himself and James helped him by redirecting him and letting him know where the exit ramp was. I genuinely could have cried from pride at how well my best friend took to it. On paper half an hour seems like a really short session. But watching your dog shatter themselves out after just 20 minutes, you realise that it couldn’t be any longer without getting to the point of exhaustion. We finished up and a quick towel dry later, we were ready to go home where my best friend is currently laying next to me already snoring his head off!! Couple of things: 1. Bring your own towel and possible wrap up snoodie for your dog. The back seat of your car will thank you. I of course forgot this, lesson learnt! Dunkin’ Doggies did have a spare towel for me to use though in case you do forget. 2. Possibly bring your own ball. Whilst Dunkin’ Doggies does have their own toys in abundance, my dog likes to take a toy home with him as almost a reward for a job well done (a prize at the end of the session!). 3. After your session prepare yourself for loud doggie snoring and sleep woofs as mine is currently doing. Thanks so much James. Will see you next week!

We brought our dachshund this morning (28/03/26). At first we didn’t even know if my dog could swim or what his reaction would be like. A few mins into the session James was telling us what to do and explaining things and was applauding Rolo when he did something good. He was amazing from start to finish, very clean and tidy place too. Thanks James we most definitely will be back and hopefully our little dog gets more confident to jump in himself. Thank you so much 🐕

Had a fun swim today for my little Puggle, Elsa, and my best friend's Lab, Penny. Penny is a pro and loves swimming, but Elsa has never done anything like that. Albeit she is 10 years old, we had a Great Dane for 9 of those years and it's something that we just didn't do really because of his size.... And also nothing so close by for us. I'm so sorry, I didn't catch the owner's name, but he was very welcoming, really enthusiastic and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. He was super kind with both dogs and really encouraging with Elsa. She was a bit nervous, but made notable progress in that session. He paced it exactly right I thought giving Penny, who was totally enthusiastic jumping in and fetching toys, plenty of time to do her thing whilst also giving Elsa time to process and relax between her turns building it up slowly and showing her what to do. I really liked the place and the set up. It was really clean and warm, everything looked in good condition. We look forward to another visit 👍

Amazing experience. James was so engaging and really made the whole experience high energy and fun! We didn’t know if our westie would like it, how wrong we were!! We will be back and I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a different way to entertain and stimulate dogs!
