Shocking company. Tried to resolve my issue with head office, no compassion or loyalty for using them for 10 years and been hit with a fine for a genuine mistake. Me, my wife and family will never use Sewell again

Came here on Sunday 30/07/23 to get a few bits for the grandchildren from the shop we took the items to till which was priced at £1.25 each so two should have been £2.50 but was asked for £4.80 I refused to pay the higher price and pay the display price which I am entitled to do BUT the arrogant ignorant blonde girl on the till called me nasty all because I refused to pay the higher price a manager came and said I was in the right and paid the lower price with no apology at all if this is the way you are taught to treat your customers you are a disgrace .

Rip off profiteering...... so called... a local company for local people all it does is rip people off there fuel prices are ridiculous..... money grabbers!
