Housing Navigator (Street to Tenancy)

What will the role look like? Housing Navigators work in an outreach capacity supporting people who are or have been homeless and have a history of rough sleeping. They work intensively with small caseloads, taking a person-centered approach to build a relationship. Each person is supported to improve their personal and social skills, helping them to build their resilience and empower them to sustain their tenancy in order to prevent repeat homelessness.
