Outstanding Service I honestly couldn’t recommend this garage enough! From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. A huge thank you to Marcus, the technician, who did a fantastic job fixing my car. The quality of his work was brilliant, and I’m so pleased with how my car turned out. It came back to me beautifully clean and smelling so fresh, which was such a lovely finishing touch. I’d also like to give a massive thank you to Charlotte and Debs on reception, who were both absolutely lovely.They kept me updated throughout the whole process, always letting me know what was happening, giving me clear details and keeping me informed about timings.Their communication and customer service were exceptional. It’s so refreshing to deal with a garage where everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely cares about their customers. I felt completely looked after from beginning to end. Thank you so much to Marcus, Charlotte and Debs for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As per reviews below, FMG are extremely difficult to deal with, they rarely answer the phone, don’t reply to emails etc and worst of all the loan car stank of smoke (bearing in mind customers get find £50 if dog or smoking occurs in car). When the car was eventually returned, they had not noticed the need to or replaced the number plate, no QA obviously. I only really got a reaction when I contracted them through my insurance company. Terrible

Repair carried out fmg can not fault them from getting car to them and collecting ours informed all time as to what was being done to repair ours and get back on the road staff on phone very helpfull debs credit to fmg on reception

I was hit by another driver and my car looked a mess. Thanks to FMG it looks immaculate again now. A quality and quick service. Very friendly and helpful team, Richard especially so. Thank you!

If I could give minus points, I would. How this place functions as a business is staggering. They dont answer the phone, the dont turn up pick your car up when they say they are going to, they take an age to reply to emails ( if at all) absolutely astonishing incompetence
