Great work on my 2011 Mercedes. While rotating the tires and they noticed two major rear break issues. They ordered all the parts and had to deal with unexpected installation issues. The emergency brake was taken completely apart and installed properly. This item was ignored by other garages. Very happy with the service.
Wayne and the team managed to sort my puncture repair out with about half an hours notice on my Mercedes. Amazing effort by all the lads. Warm welcoming atmosphere
Graham and his team were fantastic today, helping me with an urgent matter. They weren’t expecting me to show up, but treated myself and my daughter with kindness and reassurance. We were offered a drink, they were very informative and really made me feel like I was important- nothing was a problem. I went away for a while whilst they worked on my car and when I returned the problem was fixed and I now feel confident to drive back to Scotland. A big thank you to the team. Very professional, helpful, speedy service and good with a crisis!!
Brilliant experience at Halfords Harrogate. Graham the manager is a lovely guy really friendly. Myles fitted our tyres and did a fantastic job. Would thoroughly recommend this branch of Halfords not only is the work fantastic. The staff are amazing!!
Graham and the team have been exceptional in their service through replacing brakes and tyres. They have gone above and beyond in sourcing parts for our car that have made it a much more affordable experience than with the branded dealership. At the same time they have been efficient, kept in contact and completed the jobs within a pacey timeframe. Would recommend to anyone.
