It’s hard to find anything positive to say…..the mash was nice?! Lady serving throws your order onto the counter, shouts out a number na constantly walks away. The food looks nothing like described and didn’t have all the ingredients pictured (must have run out but couldn’t be bothered to tell people). Apart from the fries which were hot (only because they ran out), everything else was barely warm, dried out and tasted super salty!
Second visit where I have had fix complain about the quality of the food to the store. I ordered hot wings and they looked like they had been cooked the previous day. I was told by the counter person that because they were hot wings that is how they are supposed to look. I disagreed as it’s not my first order of hot wings from a kfc. I had shown the person the food and I said it looks like you have not changed your oil. He said it was changed two days ago! See the photos and decide for yourself folks.
The food is decent, but the service at KFC Skelton Lake is absolutely appalling. We ordered a takeaway and most of the food was missing. No burgers, sauces or chicken pieces. To make matters worse, the drinks container was damaged and the drinks ended up all over the floor. When I went back to ask for the missing food, the server was rude and completely unapologetic. Everything had been thrown into one bag, so the food went everywhere. This was our second visit, and unbelievably, we experienced exactly the same issues the first time too. Absolutely shocking service and organisation. If you can't get a basic takeaway order right, you shouldn't be serving customers. Avoid this branch!
We ordered a takeaway from here. 2 Colonel's 3 piece meals with regular fries and a drink.The chicken was lovely,with the coating nice and crisp. The fries were a bit disappointing, they were too soft. The bottled water was ice cold, straight from the fridge. Delivery was also quick. We would order from here again.
do not order from here!!!! i have been dying for 10 hot wings all day. i also ordered some sides which they came but wasn’t that bothered about.im buzzing when this food comes but then i open the bag and what do i see? NO HOT WINGS! wow i cant believe it i have ordered from here multiple times and every time iv had to come back and tell them they got my order wrong one way or another. please everyone leave bad stuff on here! make sure people don’t get to this poison place
