PROJECT MANAGER – TIER 1 MAIN CONTRACTOR Leeds | £40m+ Major Refurbishment We are currently working with a Tier 1 main contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a major £40m project in the heart of Leeds. The project involves the full refurbishment and transformation of a commercial building, including: Full new external façade & building envelope New roof Major M&E replacement Internal fit-out Grade A office space BREEAM Excellent / high sustainability targets Working alongside a major public-sector client What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor Experience delivering £20m+ projects Strong refurbishment / commercial / fit-out background Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and client teams Strong programme, commercial and health & safety knowledge Ideally experience working on complex live/occupied environment
