Commercial Facilities Manager | Leeds City Centre I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a compliant, high-quality FM service across a portfolio of predominantly Grade A offices, located around the wider Leeds area. This is a broad role covering hard & soft services, M&E, suppliers, service charge budgets, H&S, compliance, building inspections and minor capital programmes. The role is to work for a well-known, well-regarded managing agent. Accordingly, previous experience of working in a managing agent environment is essential for this role.
