Gardener £26,227 per annum Leeds Permanent We’re looking for a Gardener to support the day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds Federated. Internally referred to as Grounds Maintenance Operative What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Carry out grounds and estate maintenance across communal areas, following set schedules and instructions</li><li>Complete grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking</li><li>Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and report any issues or defects</li><li>Always follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE</li><li>Engage positively with tenants and represent Leeds Federated in a professional manner</li><li>Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained</li></ul> What we’re looking for: <ul> <li>Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role</li><li>Reliable, organised, and able to manage your daily workload</li><li>Able to work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>A positive attitude and commitment to delivering good customer service</li><li>Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)</li></ul> If you are ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a purpose-driven organisation, apply today!
