<p><b>People Partner</b></p> <p><b>Leeds | Hybrid Working </b></p> <p><br /></p> <p>Are you an experienced HR Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator or customer-focused coordinator looking for your next step?</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We are looking for an engaging <b>People Partner</b> to join the <b>UK Volume Talent Acquisition Centre</b>, supporting a large-scale contractor workforce within the <b>Financial Ombudsman Service</b> account.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the contractor experience from pre-boarding through to assignment completion. You'll act as a trusted partner to contractors, providing ongoing support, coaching, wellbeing guidance and employee relations expertise, while working closely with operational stakeholders to improve engagement, performance and retention.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><b>What you'll be doing</b></p> <ul> <li>Building strong relationships with contractors through regular engagement calls and ongoing support.</li><li>Managing payroll and general contractor queries.</li><li>Coordinating structured engagement activities designed to improve contractor retention and experience.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and tracking engagement activity.</li><li>Working closely with wider delivery and resourcing teams to identify trends and share insights.</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to deliver an exceptional contractor experience.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><b>What we're looking for</b></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a HR Administration, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administration or similar coordination role.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Excellent organisation and time management abilities.</li><li>Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Experience using databases, HR systems, CRM platforms or ATS systems would be beneficial.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and using data and systems to deliver a high-quality service. </p> <p><br /></p> <p><b><i>Join us and help shape an outstanding contractor experience and build meaningful relationships that make a lasting difference to people's working lives - Apply today!</i></b></p>
