Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the Leeds-based consultancy team. Drive business development, identifying and securing new opportunities in education, private sector, and beyond . Oversee the successful delivery of project management and cost consultancy services. Provide strategic direction, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm's growth strategy and service offering . Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence. What We're Looking For: Proven experience at a senior level in construction consultancy , ideally as a Director or Associate Director. Strong background in project management, cost consultancy, or related services . Track record of business development , securing and delivering projects in healthcare, education, or the private sector. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for team building and growth .
