Conveyancing Paralegal Leeds £30,000 per annum Full time, office based A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded multi-service law firm based in Leeds. Working closely with one Senior Solicitor, you will provide key support across a varied residential conveyancing caseload, playing an important role in ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive the high level of service for which the firm is known. You will assist with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Property transactions from instruction through to completion Preparing and reviewing legal documentation Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties Progressing transactions and ensuring key deadlines are met Managing and updating case files and case management systems Providing proactive support to the Senior Solicitor throughout the conveyancing process The successful candidate will have previous experience working within residential conveyancing and a strong understanding of the full conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. You will ideally be: An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant Confident being able to support across the full residential conveyancing cycle Knowledgeable across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A confident and professional communicator Proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team Committed to delivering outstanding client service This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected multi-service law firm with a strong reputation for client care, integrity and professionalism.
