<p><strong>PROPERTY MANAGER</strong></p> <ul> <li>Trinity Estates • Competitive • Home Based (Leeds/Yorkshire)</li></ul> <p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></p> <p>You will manage a varied residential portfolio across Leeds and Yorkshire, with a strong emphasis on well-run low- to mid-rise developments and a number of Resident Management Companies (RMCs). You will be the trusted point of contact for leaseholders, directors and contractors, balancing great customer service with organised, compliant property management.</p> <p>With several RMCs in your care, you will plan and run AGMs, prepare board packs, and work closely with directors on budgets, long-term maintenance and service delivery. You’ll be home based, supported by Trinity’s central teams, and out on site regularly across the region to keep standards high and relationships strong.</p> <p><strong>ROLE EXPECTATIONS</strong></p> <p>Most days you will be communicating with residents and RMC directors, managing contractors, planning maintenance, and keeping on top of budgets, H&S and compliance.
