Young Person's Drug and Alcohol Practitioner

What will the role look like? The post holder will be based within Forward Leeds, the Integrated Drug and Alcohol service in Leeds. The Young Person’s team deliver drug and alcohol related interventions for young people (up to 21 years, or 24 years, depending on vulnerability) across Leeds.
