From start to finish Simon and his team were very helpful and the guys who collected and returned my tv were the epitome of great customer service..they even changed the tv aerial connection to the tv as they were not happy with the old one as it was loose fitting. There was an initial £20 deposit to check out the one connect box and a £35 collect and return for the large wall mounted tv which they took down and then remounted on return. Excellent value for money I would recommend Nothern Traders to anyone with tv issues.

Excellent. An engineer attended within a couple of hours of contacting the firm and resolved the problems I had with two tvs. I expected another charge but was pleasantly surprised to be informed the cost was covered by the call out charge. I would have been happy to pay double the cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm

Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Northern Traders Leeds Ltd., and I can confidently say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I contacted them for an estimate on a broken TV panel, and instead of being helpful from the start, they insisted I bring the TV to their shop and pay £20 for the privilege of waiting for their engineer to get a code from the panel. Fine, I followed their instructions, took the time to open the TV myself and provided them with the exact code they said they needed. After all of this effort, I was expecting a proper response and some real help. What did I get? A useless one-sentence reply that told me absolutely nothing. No explanation, no actual estimate, just complete disinterest in helping at all. Their communication through emails was an absolute joke — no effort, no professionalism, just the bare minimum. If you’re looking for a TV repair service, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from Northern Traders Leeds Ltd. Save your time, money, and energy by going to a company that actually values their customers. These people are a waste of time!

I got my repair done through Domestic & General. The team did an amazing job fixing my TV — it works like brand new. They were professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. No communication whatsoever. Told the wrong time frame for my repair. Still haven't got my TV back and now won't answer the phone. Avoid at all a costs.
