Collected our Transit Custom from Lookers, Leeds yesterday. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jack R, who was absolutely superb throughout. He was patient, professional & very thorough answering all our many questions. We didn't feel that we were being sold to or pushed at any point, which was a big positive. Jack guided us through our decision making process, and then once we had made the decision, carried out all the sales admin very efficiently.
