Good luck trying to get any response from them if you're looking for after-sales service. I've left multiple messages for them to call me back regarding a warranty issue on the car and it's just radio silence. Sales not much better. When I was looking to buy a car in Leeds, I was told not to touch the vehicles and that I 'really should have made an appointment'. Ended up buying two cars from Deane in Glasgow - great sales support.
My experience at McLaren Leeds was memorable because of the personnel involved with the sale of the car. I cannot thank Richard Coldwell enough for everything he done for us. This was my first McLaren purchase and he went that extra mile explaining the difference between the various models etc. Richard was so professional in his approach and went that extra mile to ensure it all went smoothly. All of my family were there during the handover and we all agreed afterwards, that it was the best handover we have ever experienced. I would also like to thank Matthew Finney for his time when I test drove the car in Richards absence. Again, the experience was amazing and I was not pressured into making any immediate decisions. I would like to say thank you once again to Richard for all his support and to confirm that I would not hesitate going back McLaren Leeds when I change my car again. Amazing service.
So after a 300 mile round trip, Richard was so very helpful and devoted such a lot of time & knowledge to us, was willing to talk about McLaren all day long. Very attentive & hospitable. Well worth the trip & our time, look forward to dealing with you in the near future, thankyou. 😀
Bought a McLaren from a different dealership but been having warranty work sorted under McLaren Leeds, I’ve been dealing with Will Roffe and I must say best experience I’ve had Sorting all issues straight away and easy, even when the warranty company haven’t responded straight away Will ordered all parts in ready Very good service and will be staying with Leeds and Will
