I have been renting for 5 years and this is by far my worst renting experience. Provided absolutely no help with our issues which included rat infestations and broken appliances. On top of this we were promised no cleaning charge as we moved into a dirty flat, at the end of the year we were charged for cleaning despite doing a full clean anyway! Avoid at all costs.
We had to move out of a property early due to damp, mould and other issues which they were reluctant to release us from. Our landlord was the Diocese of Leeds (the Church believe it or not!) They have tried to delay releasing our deposit even though we deep cleaned the property before leaving it they are trying to charge us £160 cleaning fee. The property was left much more clean by us than when we found it. LANDLORDS, I would avoid this Letting Agent at all costs as your property will not be maintained in a good condition as they don’t seem to care about the state of the buildings they let to Tenants and let issues become major, which will ultimately lead to high repair bills. We will now be proceeding to mediation to retrieve our deposit and claim for undue stress of the situation.

I’m been in property for Decades This the most unprofessional Agents on this planet. They Advertise they 200 professional suryvers . Not True is fake . They will send inflated propsal fee Get you sign it then they will make out they doing the work what you have instructed them to do , But sit at home send you emails which are written by robots . They have now started to use AI And at latter date you will find out they have done nothing Send you invoices for work they haven’t carried out . This company is a Total scam I advise anyone to keep well away from this fraudulent company. As now I have found a small company which are doing the work they should have Done . I can only say ‼️🤔
Rented for 1.5 years with Sanderson Weatherall and they have been great. Very responsive when any issues arose and had great move in/move out experience with them. Really helpful team and Simon/Gemma were great throughout our tenancy
