FMG Repair Services Leeds

Three months and counting for what should have been very straightforward external bodywork on a fully functional vehicle. Parts weren’t ordered for weeks, and completion dates have changed multiple times without explanation. Getting any meaningful update from FMG Leeds has been nearly impossible - their reception staff have been consistently rude and unhelpful. Three months into the repairs, they still refuse to provide a confirmed completion date. The timeline is completely unjustified given the nature of the work. The photo speaks for itself and shows the extent of the damage, making the length of these repairs even harder to understand. To make matters worse, the courtesy car provided by FMG Leeds is significantly overdue for servicing and does not feel safe to drive, making concerning noises at motorway speeds. Avoid at all costs if you can (unfortunately, I couldn’t, as my insurer uses them).

Completely impossible to get in touch with anyone. Managed to cause further damage that required our dealership to be involved which added further complexity. We still haven't got the car back even though all work has apparently been completed! So no idea whether they do the work properly as I can't see it!

Picked my car up yesterday after been in for repair staff kept me updated there was a minor issue with a plug that had not been plugged in fully spoke to them and it was sorted the staff was really nice even asked me if I wanted a cold drink with it been warm

Passive aggressive and rude staff bar one lovely lad who inspected car. They’ve left me an awful petrol guzzling corsa that doesn’t sound right annd no response to my email! and by the rest of the reviews I’m not sure why this is used for repairs through insurance for disabled people. Don’t work in customer service or public facing job if you have no people skills.
