Well Pharmacy

Fantastic service at this local pharmacy. Cheerful polite, hardworking staff. In paticular one wonderful lady who asked to check my blood pressure, only to find it was very high. She took time out of her lunch break to contact my gp, ensuring i would get an appointment that same day. This is going above and beyond and i am so grateful that we met that day otherwise who knows how long it would have been before it was noticed. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, a true caring community not just another face or another prescription. I look forward to continuing using their services.

This chemist is an absolute joke. Never ever have any medications in even have to order basic things like paracetamol. One girl who works there is very very rude. I had to request medications to be delivered after I couldn’t walk due to surgery. I was left in agony by these people for days with them telling me it was going to be delivered then it wasn’t then it was. Absolute waste of time and not fit for purpose Just full of excuses or attitude on the phone. One guy is nice who works there the rest of them could not care less. I wouldn’t even bother going in there tbh totally useless.

Really cannot fault them. I order my repeat Px from the GP surgery and then wait for the text from the pharmacy that it's ready to collect. Never had issues. Friendly staff. Also a big plus: they are open on a Saturday!

Wonderful service. Provide my sons insulin on time every month. Shakirah is marvellous alway very helpful.
