Well Pharmacy

I went in a few days ago to get some cold and flu medication, but ended up using the new Pharmacy First service instead. After speaking with the pharmacist, I was prescribed antibiotics, which have helped me greatly. It was a very professional service, and it saved me from having to wait on the phone for a GP appointment. A really convenient and efficient experience.

The staff at wells Morley queensway are lovely efficient and very informative Emily Julie and Neil the pharmacist. We have been customers many years , we loved the continuity of staff but unfortunately our excellent pharmacist has been moved to another branch . We came to Neil for advice BP monitoring and essential vaccines , we are very disappointed with the sudden move of such a warm friendly approachable pharmacist who will be sorely missed. It’s a good thing we still have Julie and Emily!

Outstanding service! The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to provide excellent care and advice. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference. Highly recommended!

African male member of staff who works in store refused to serve me eye ointment without proving my mum had conjunctivitis by taking a photo of her eye, even though you order the ointment without any prescription or proof required. Went to boots round the corner and they served me no issue. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT. Rude and can't even barely speak English let alone serve customers. Won't ever be returning.

Awful, awful pharmacy. The staff just ignore you. And when you finally do get served they shout out all your personal details and sometimes even share what meds you’re collecting with the rest of the customer, which is always fun! There’s a massive queue and the bloke is training a member of staff?! Prescription sent by docs BEFORE 9am and still not ready at 6pm! I wonder if they realise their customers are most likely feeling unwell. Changing pharmacy and WILL NOT be back - awful!
