The recruiter falsely advertised a cleaning job at Castleford College which ended up being on a construction site. I got there and did the job some of the staff were horrendously racist verbally attacking me for having the audacity to turn up to a cleaning job referring to me as low iq, lazy and implying I could be a thief. I was then fired from my other cleaning job I had due to being absent once. They had no regard for me or my circumstances at all. The recruiter, Max, was very rude to me mimicking me and then told me never to contact him again like he's some kind of God. I raised a complaint which they resolved but I never heard back from them again regarding any work. So their staff are abusive, they don't advertise jobs correctly and then they deal with issues by brushing them under the carpet. If I had known the job was on a construction site I would never have gone as most people know that construction environments are notorious for uneducated, racist ignorant staff so it would be helpful if they could outline these things so people can respect themselves and not attend such environments. Be careful with company as if your face doesn't fit their ideals of who deserves to be treated with any level of dignity they will make you into their next victim. Their staff member named Max thinks he's superior to those that he hires despite the fact that he is in the business of managing people. Disappointing but not surprised by this as most recruitment agencies operate in this manner.
