Booked my dogs health certificate through them to be collected locally, the local vet had no knowledge of my appointment when I turned up, despite having an email confirming the appointment date from E&J. Something has gone wrong but it's left me without a health certificate. Edit: the local vet went above and beyind to assist, and the company apologised and explained the issue that resulted in the appointment not appearing correctly. Their customer service via email to help resolve this was good and I appreciate that they took ownership of the mistake without trying to come up with silly excuses. Hopefully their internal process is reviewed to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

This caring and professional service has just helped my family to say goodbye to our beloved Jack, in a peaceful way at home. My phone consultation with Alina was supportive, reassuring and thorough. Vet Constantin, showed great skill and compassion. Derek from the crematorium was kind and unhurried. Overall, a wonderful service leading to a good death for Jack, and a positive experience for us all - thank you so much for your help.
