Vets for Pets - Leeds Kirkstall

Just registered with this vets yesterday, My kitten hadn’t pooped in a couple days and I was extremely worried especially for his age. The vets at this practice preformed a small Enema on him, personally I was worried about the price of this vet visit especially because I didn’t have insurance yet, but it totalled to be beyond reasonable! The vets also advised me on his diet going forward to prevent this happening again, and guidance on pet insurance. It’s only been a day but with their advice Kyro is now using his litter tray as normal and enjoying his new diet :) Above and beyond, excellent service. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this grooming service. Despite clearly providing a reference photo of the previous groom, they completely failed to deliver anything even remotely similar. It honestly feels like they didn’t even try. They only focused on the body and completely ignored the face, which is the most important part. The result looks unfinished and frankly ridiculous. On top of that, they labeled my dog as “aggressive” for no valid reason, even though this was never the case before. This is not only inaccurate but also completely unprofessional. Properly handling dogs is part of their job, and it is their responsibility to manage and work with them appropriately during grooming. Their attitude and behavior were just as bad as the result — careless, dismissive, and far from professional. I feel like I’ve been misled and my money was wasted on something that does not meet even basic expectations. I strongly do NOT recommend this grooming service to anyone.

I brought in a stray cat I'd bonded with that needed urgent veterinary care. The younger receptionist's first concern was telling me I needed a carrier, despite me being there for an emergency. It wasn't until her colleague pointed out it was an emergency that she shooed me away with her hand and said go over there. She was rude, abrupt and had absolutely no common sense. The older receptionist spent more time staring at us and making us feel judged than being helpful. It honestly felt like she'd already decided we were trying to get free treatment before we'd even spoken properly. Meanwhile, she was perfectly friendly to PAYING customers bringing in their own pets. If you're the first people someone meets in a veterinary practice, especially when they're trying to help an animal in distress, the least you can do is show some basic respect. The attitude from both receptionists was appalling and completely lacking in empathy. The one star is for Hazel who was so polite and understanding.

honestly cannot praise Claire, Lucy, and Jon at reception highly enough. From the very first moment you walk through the doors, you are treated with such warmth, professionalism and genuine care that it instantly puts you at ease. Claire and Lucy are simply incredible🤍their kindness, patience, understanding, and dedication to both animals and owners is something truly special. You can see how deeply they care about every pet that comes through the practice, and that level of compassion is rare to find. The service they provide should honestly be the example for every company that deals with customers face to face. In a world where genuine customer care can sometimes feel forgotten, this team reminds you exactly how people should be treated. Nothing felt rushed, and no question is ever too much. They are an absolute credit to vets4pets and I am beyond grateful for everything they did(especially after having bad experiences at other vets). Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Truly outstanding people and outstanding service.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team for looking after Theo. We’ve had multiple appointments for our cat in the last 4 months. Jo and Andreaa have been amazing and have helped him from his very first check up to getting him neutered, they’re a real credit to the team. I also wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the reception team. They’ve all been so helpful both on the phone and when we’ve been in. Thank you 🐈
