I visited today and ordered Hot Wings and Chicken Tenders. The Hot Wings were excellent, fresh, crispy and full of flavour. Unfortunately, the Chicken Tenders were the complete opposite. They were unbelievably salty. I’m not sure if it was an accident or if a member of staff made a mistake, but they were so salty that I ordered 10 pieces and could barely eat 3 of them. I also had to wait over 20 minutes for the Chicken Tenders because I overheard the staff saying they weren’t ready yet. After waiting that long, I expected them to be fresh and properly prepared. This wasn’t an acceptable experience, and I hope this was just a one off issue because I normally enjoy the food at KFC.

Went to this kfc at 10:20. 40 minutes before it closes and they had closed up the restaurant which is fair enough. went to the drive thru and no one answered, both windows from the drive thru were empty but two workers were insude. rang em and no answer. they knew we were there but refused to serve us.
