The straight fixed ball point with female thread is designed for use as a phase-side and earth-side connection point, compatible with EN/IEC 61230 (DIN VDE 0683-100) on the conductor and the earthing system. Its unique design ensures high mechanical strength as the thread is not cut, making it suitable for fixing cable lugs or connecting busbars as per DIN 43673-1. It is capable of withstanding maximum short-circuit current of up to 33.5kA. This straight design model features copper wire with a maximum cross section of 120mm², and the diameter of the fixed point is a robust 20mm.
