The Surfy Industries StereoMaker Advanced ABY Switch is a versatile signal routing tool designed for guitarists keyboard players and studio setups. At its core it functions as a fully buffered ABY splitter allowing a single instrument signal to feed two separate outputs while maintaining signal strength and clarity. With soft-touch JFET switching and transformer-isolated outputs the StereoMaker ensures quiet reliable operation and eliminates many of the common issues associated with running multiple amplifiers. Beyond simple signal splitting the StereoMaker introduces powerful stereo-enhancing features. In stereo mode dedicated width and volume controls create a convincing pseudo stereo image using analogue complementary comb filtering. This process simulates the natural interaction of direct and reflected sound waves adding depth and spatial character without introducing phase problems when summed back to mono. The pedal also includes a PAD switch for converting line-level signals to instrument level and can function as a direct box for converting unbalanced signals to balanced outputs in recording or live environments.
