This variation lets us show off the breadth of what British fish farming is capable of. Arthur farms our ChalkStream trout in the gin clear waters of the rivers Test and Itchen in Hampshire, producing a gorgeous rainbow trout in this verdant and unique habitat. Far further north, Andy and Cate farm MòR Atlantic Trout in the fierce Atlantic currents off the West Coast of Scotland, around the Corryvreckan whirlpool, no less.
