Caffeine is absorbed through the mouth’s lining and about 85% is absorbed within 10-15 minutes of chewing. How much caffeine is in each piece? Each piece contains 100 mg of caffeine which is the equivalent of one standard cup of coffee in the UK. How many pieces can I take per day? Chew one piece at a time, or as advised by your nutritionist. You can take up to two pieces at once and up to four pieces daily.  When will I feel the effects?
