Wild Whole Hare - Oven Ready

Oven Ready Whole Wild Hare from the Lakeland moors. Hare has a deep, gamey taste and is more flavoursome than rabbit, suited to slow cooking in a casserole or stew. At times supplied fresh in season although usually supplied frozen as our gamekeepers will only shoot hare when in plentiful supply. The hare are exceptional quality.
