This critically acclaimed gin uses Mediterranean inspired flavours of arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin resulting in a gorgeous spirit that puts us in a holiday frame of mind. Each bottle of Gin Mare is made at their distillery, a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada.
