The Graef BA806 Bread Maker combines automatic baking functionality with the flexibility to create a wide variety of breads, doughs and other recipes at home. Finished in iron mica grey with durable metal housing, it can produce 500g or 750g loaves and features 36 pre-installed programmes, including dedicated options for bread, dough, jam, compote, chutney and yoghurt.Developed with professionals, the BA806 includes 34 Graef recipes covering everything from white, wholemeal and sourdough breads to spelt, protein, gluten-free, brioche, chocolate and banana bread. There are also programmes for pizza dough, cake dough and pre-dough, while the manual DIY programme allows you to set your own kneading, rising and baking times for greater control over your recipes.The intuitive touch display makes selecting programmes and adjusting settings straightforward, while the target timer allows you to set your bread to be ready at a chosen time. Once the baking programme has finished, the 60-minute keep-warm function helps maintain the temperature of the loaf until you are ready to serve it. A three-stage browning control also allows you to adjust the crust to your preferred level of colour and crispness.For added flexibility, a refill opening allows ingredients such as nuts, seeds and sultanas to be added during the kneading process. The removable dough hook is coated with a non-stick finish and can be removed using the supplied tool before the final baking stage. The removable loaf-shaped baking tin also features a non-stick coating and carrying handle, making it easier to remove the finished loaf.An acoustic signal indicates when the baking programme is complete.
