Product Description
The Schmincke Norma Blue Drying Retarder medium is used to slow down the dying time of water-mixable oil paints to allow for longer time wet-on-wet painting. The high oil content increases gloss and forms a soft elastic film. This can also be used with traditional oil paints. The recommended mixture ration is 1:1 and it is advised to not exceed that.
