The front of this mug can be personalised with 3 lines of text with up to 15 characters per line. The back of the mug can be personalised with 4 lines of text with up to 20 characters per line. Lines 1 and 2 on the front and the message on the back are case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please avoid entering your message in block capitals as this may result in the personalisation being difficult to read. Line 3 on the front will appear in fixed upper case. Hand washing is recommended. Material is ceramic. Ideal for weddings. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details you require. If personalisation is not received within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within three working days.
