Martinez is one of the oldest Marsala producers in Sicily, established in 1866 and still family-run today. The Martinez family has been crafting this iconic Sicilian fortified wine for generations, blending tradition with innovation. Their Marsala Superiore Dolce is a sweet, luscious wine aged in oak barrels to develop its rich, complex flavours. How does it taste: Notes of dried figs, raisins, and caramel with a velvety sweetness. Ideal with tiramisu or as a decadent pairing for aged cheeses.
