The brewery was founded in 2012 by best friends Brad and Gareth, based out of Newport – they’re proud to be Wales’ biggest independent craft brewery. Neon Drift is brewed with pale malted barley and torrefied wheat, using Cascade, Ekuanot, and Simcoe hops and Tiny Rebel’s house yeast, to deliver a clean profile that allows the beer’s hoppy character to shine. This is a hazy pale ale with a soft mouthfeel and light hoppy bitterness, showing citrus, tropical fruits, and grassy aromas. You can’t go wrong pairing this with spicy chicken dishes.
