The Shires Highlander Original 200g Turnout Neck Cover is an easy way to turn your standard neck rug into a combo, to give your horse extra protection against the elements. Featuring the durable ShireTex® 600D, fully waterproof, ripstop outer layer, and a warm but breathable 200g polyfill. This neck can be easily attached to your horse rug but simply looping the secure touch close fastenings through the D-rings on the rug for a quick and fuss free layering option.
