Good Food Reader Event: Idalia at Pillar Hall

Join us at Idalia restaurant at Pillar Hall for an intimate evening celebrating great food, conversation and wine. Taking place on 30th September from 6:30pm to 9:00pm Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner from Idalia's Executive Chef Samantha Williams, as well an interactive blind wine tasting led by Head Sommelier Giuseppe. During the evening, two wines will be served side by side- one an exceptional premium bottle and the other a carefully selected counterpart. Without knowing which is which, guests will taste, compare and cast their vote for their favourite before the identities of the wines are revealed. 6:30pm - 7:00pmGuests arrive and are welcomed with a drink before being seated. 7:00pm - 7:10pmWelcome from the Idalia team and GF team, introducing the evening  and format 7:15pm - 8:45pmThree-course dinner served. During the meal, guests take part in a guided blind tasting of two wines. Without knowing which is which, guests are invited to taste, compare and vote for their favourite before the wines are revealed 8:45pm - 9:00pmWinning wine revealed, final remarks and an opportunity for guests to ask questions before the evening concludes.
