Q Acoustics Concept 300 Bookshelf Speakers (Pair), Silver / Ebony

The Q Acoustics Concept 300s are premium bookshelf speakers featuring a two-way driver design that delivers clear and commanding stereo sound. This consists of a 165mm paper cone mid/bass driver with a 35mm voice coil and ferrite magnet, coupled with a 28mm microfibre tweeter placed closely above it. To isolate the drivers, the tweeter has been decoupled from the speaker cabinet using a specially designed rubber gasket. The result is an exceptional sonic performance with dramatically reduced resonance, ensuring punchy and dynamic sound quality suitable for a range of genres. To ensure a superior level of acoustic performance, Q Acoustics have utilised the Dual Gelcore technology first seen in the Concept 500 Floorstanding Speakers. This design effectively dissipates high-frequency energy by converting it into heat. Augmented by the meticulously engineered Point-to-Point Bracing and the Isolation Base System, Q Acoustics have integrated these speakers with a high degree of dampening technology to achieve a listening experience unmarred by cabinet vibration. With both bi-wiring and bi-amping compatibility, the Concept 300 promises seamless hi-fi integration.
