This mouth-watering rosé is grown in the lush, sustainably certified, vineyards of Southern France in the Cotes de Thongue region. These delicious grapes are harvested early in the morning to reduce the sugar volume found in them, and through fermentation, all residual sugar is removed. Traces are pushing the boundaries on what can be done in winemaking and delivering everything you love about great wine, with less of what you don't.
