75cl / .5% - Started by chefs and winemakers hailing from San Sebastián, Ama are taking a distinct and deeply thoughtful approach to kombucha and similar low-alcohol ferments. Ingredients are sourced from sustainable producers and the bottle’s natural sparkle comes from the ancestral method. Made with organic black tea from Indulgashinna Village in the eastern highlands of Sri Lanka, and elderberry. Hints of wild strawberry and raspberry, leafy notes and a gentle minerality, with clean, crisp acidity.
