Using Champagne yeast to protect the fruit’s delicate profile, they create a cyder where the true character of the apple is never lost. It is crisp, medium-dry with a fresh, direct aroma of pressed apples. It features a delicate, fruity taste with a clean, sparkling and slightly sharp finish.
