75cl / .5% - Started by chefs and winemakers hailing from San Sebastián, Ama are taking a distinct and deeply thoughtful approach to kombucha and similar low-alcohol ferments. Ingredients are sourced from sustainable producers and the bottle’s natural sparkle comes from the ancestral method. Made with organic lemongrass from a small farm in Portugal. Complex and enticing, with notes of lemongrass, citrus leaf, fresh herbs, ginger and hints of resin. Light bodied, with a clean, restrained sweetness.
