Bam! Bacanora

70cl / 40% - Baconara is a lesser-known Mexican agave spirit that hails only from the state of Sonora. Bam! is made from 100% pacific agave, which is then roasted in fire pits fuelled by mesquite wood for a drink that has parallels with tequila and mezcal, but holds its own identity. A herbal nose with fruity and umami elements leading to a creamy palate with chipotle smoke, fresh chile and green pepper.
