70cl / 48.7% - A Fins Bois Cognac from family-owned Cognac house Vallein Tercinier, in Chermignac, France. ‘Lot 96’ was aged in a French oak cask until it was bottled in 2021 with a turnout of 435 bottles. This rare Cognac has a subtle but voluptuous aroma full of violet sweets, exotic fruits, English cake, and candied apricots. The violet proceeds onto the palate and is joined by Timut pepper, liquorice, and lemon. The finish brings floral notes, leaning towards white tea accompanied by subtle notes of honey,
